From thoughtful gifts to everyday surprises, SmailPost works very hard to ensure that every package is sent with love and care. Rain or shine, our cheerful delivery team brings joy to every doorstep—one happy Smail Trail at a time!

📨 Shipping Policy 📨

Currently, SmailPost delivers only within Australia. Our Smail Men are a bit hesitant about international travel due to rumors of snail-eating countries, but we're working on convincing them! We'll announce international shipping soon.

Orders will be packed and sent out for shipping within 1-5 business days.

In order to keep shipping costs as low as possible, most stickers and print orders will be sent out as letter mail, which does not include tracking. This helps our dedicated Smail Man deliver your goodies with ease—and ensures his mailbag doesn’t get too heavy on the way to deliver your Happy Mail!

Other options, including Priority and Express, are available upon check-out.

Refunds will not be issued for orders lost by postal services. Once a package has been handed over for delivery, its journey is out of our hands. To avoid any issues, please double-check that your shipping address and contact details are correct when placing your order.

If an order is returned to Pattrische Art, we’ll reach out using the contact information provided to resolve the matter. If we don’t receive a response within 5 business days, the order will be refunded—excluding shipping costs.
